Hi everyone,
I’m encountering an issue with my HP Spectre x360, model HP 14-EU0013DX. When I connect my wireless keyboard and mouse via a Logitech Universal Receptor to any of the USB-A ports, I experience significant lag.
This setup works flawlessly with other computers, even when using docking station.
As a temporary workaround, I connected the Logitech Universal Receptor to a USB-C port using an adapter, and the lag issue has not occurred since.
I suspect the problem might be related to the USB-A driver on the HP notebook. Has anyone else faced a similar issue or have any technical suggestions for a permanent fix?
