Hi,

I need to upgrade memory ram in my Probook 450 G8.

In the data sheet I found the all Ram settings, so I buyed one but the PC doesn't start,.

 

Which ram should iIbuy to upgrade my 16GB to 32GB PC?

You're very welcome.

 

Chapter 1, page 2 of the service manual indicates that 2 x 16 GB of memory is supported.

 

There are no exclusions for the models with the onboard Intel graphics according to the manual.

Thanks, but I have another question for you.

 

Is it possible to install 2 Crucial 16GB to upgrade Memory up to 32GB ?

 

HP Support told me this memory configuration it's impossible, beacause my probook has graphic integrated (Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics (Core i5 and Core i7)).

 

Does it sound good?
