Hi @Arn24,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Laptop 15s-eq3064AU won't turn on but shows a solid white blinking light when you press the start button, typically indicating a hardware issue, often related to the battery or power system.
Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:
1. Check the Power Supply
- Ensure the charger is properly connected to both the laptop and the power outlet.
- Try a different power outlet to rule out any issues with the power source.
- If possible, use a different compatible charger to see if the issue persists.
2. Perform a Hard Reset
- Disconnect the charger from the laptop.
- Remove the battery if it is removable (most modern HP laptops have built-in batteries, so if this applies, skip this step).
- Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds to drain any residual power from the system.
- Reconnect the charger (without the battery if it is removable) and try turning on the laptop.
3. Check for Battery or Power LED Patterns
- A solid white LED light usually indicates that the laptop is connected to the power source, but the battery may not be detected. Check if the light blinks or changes color when the charger is connected.
- If the battery LED shows a pattern, it could be a sign of a failed battery or another internal component.
4. Inspect for External Damage
- Check if there are any visible damages to the charging port, charger, or other external components that might be affecting power delivery.
5. Try Connecting an External Monitor
- If the laptop seems to be powering on but you see no display, try connecting it to an external monitor to rule out display issues.
6. Run Battery Diagnostics HP PCs - Testing for hardware failures
- If the laptop turns on but you're still having issues, you can run HP's built-in diagnostics tool. Restart the laptop and press Esc during startup, then select F2 for system diagnostics and run the battery test.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
