Hi, I have a question about a correctly driver about USB ports cause Windows 7 doesn't detect them and they don't work..
Someone knows a driver to detect and operate USB ports?
My PC is a notebook model 15-ay135nl with Windows 10 native software and for work I install Windows 7.
Help me please.
Thanks in advance.

You're very welcome.
Sorry that didn't work.
The only other suggestion I can offer would be to try the USB 3 drivers directly from Intel. I doubt it will work, but you have nothing to lose by trying them.
Download, unzip and run the setup application...

Hi:
The product specs for your PC indicate that it has a USB 3.1 port, for which no W7 drivers were developed by Intel.

As far as the USB 2 ports are concerned, the only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest Intel chipset installation utility from the link below and restart the PC. Download, unzip and run the setup application.

Thank you for the support Paul_Tikkanen!!
I try the driver about Intel Chipset 10.1.17 and something has improved.. But still the USB ports are not detected.
The driver is missing in the application management: other devices ->controller USB (universal serial bus).
Do you have a idea about?
Thanks in advance for all!!

Hi Paul_Tikkanen,
Thank you very much for all.
I try the driver about Intel 3.0 extensible host controller driver... And It worked, the USB ports finally read flash drives, hard disk, everything .. The driver indicated to me is perfect and was the solution to my problem.
Thank you very much, congratulations.
