Hi,
It has only one M2 PCIe NVMe SSD slot.
So you would need to replace the drive which is in the notebook with one from your preferred brand and capacity. No limit to the capacity.
Example
On page 32 of service manual you can see the steps to replace the drive
https://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c07888733.pdf
Before replacing the drive you can create a USB drive with HP cloud recovery tool, which you can then use to install the OS on the new drive.

Hope it helps,

Thanks! It already has a 1TB SSD. I am going to use it for podcast/videocast production, so space fills up fast. A 4 TB SSD is pretty pricey. Does it have a slot for a spining drive? It woldn't be as fast, but would give me that longer term storage. If not, it may make sense for me to just invest in some network attached storage. Thanks again!

You're welcome,
No, it only has one M2 slot and no other storage capability.
Yes, the network storage would be a good idea and you can get loads of space,
Or you could maybe look into USB drives (mechanical or SSD)
All the best,
David
