I Think my new laptop ( which i just got yasterday ) has a wrong Graphics Card
15-bs137ne page said Radeon 530 , My Device Manager says Radeon R7 M340
So are they the same , or its really a wrong graphics card or what?
in the case of wrong graphics card , which is a huge problem for me what you recommend me to do ?

What driver did you install if any? Its known if you install drivers from AMD site the card maps as R7 M340 but HP drivers map it as Radeon 530. So did you go to the AMD site and try to update the driver or are you running on the factory driver from HP?
