I noticed the PC time and time zone are correct, but the time on my emails (Gmail) when accessing them from this PC is wrong. It's like 10 hours ahead. Does this suggest that the CMOS battery is failing? Or is there a setting that controls this? It doesn't happen when accessing the same email account from a different PC -- the time on the emails displays correctly.

Opinion:
If the time / date are correct on the PC,
If the PC battery is functioning as expected,
then the issue is not the clock on the PC.

I do not find a CMOS battery listed in Maintenance and Service Guide
Assuming that is correct, this just means the main battery is used for operations and maintaining the system.
