Hello HP Team,

 

I recently purchased a brand new HP Laptop 14-gr1023TU (Product Number: A4VJ1PA, Serial Number: [edited]) one month ago.

 

But when I checked the warranty status on the HP website, it shows that the warranty has already expired. This is incorrect, because I purchased the laptop recently, and it is new.

 

I request a warranty correction/update based on my actual purchase date. I am attaching my purchase invoice as proof.

 

Please update the warranty start date as per the invoice.

Hi:

 

This forum is a peer to peer forum.

 

We do not work for or represent HP.

 

HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

 

So the longer the time elapses from assembly date to the purchase date, the less time remains on the warranty.

 

Please contact HP support starting at the link below and have the warranty start and end dates corrected to the date you purchased the notebook.
