Hello again, I have downloaded the software and installed it but, still have the same problem. YouCAM stopped working. I don't know you understand the problem I have or not but, I am sorry to say that you are not helping me out. I have already done all the procedures you said before I contacted you.  Please, you can transfer to some of your colleagues or a technical person who can help me out.

I totally agree, HP laptops have this issue for long time and they knew it and seems like they don't care about it. Indirectly they are saying to us that "you want to use the CAMERA, then don't UPDATE your OS"

 

At least they should give us an option to choose other camera software if they know about the problems. But they always keep saying us YOUCAM
