Hi @Ziad_ELTOKHI,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see you have ongoing issue with the mouse. I have shared steps please find below:
Check the power and connection status
- Check the power and connection status to resolve issues with your wireless mouse.
- Check the power and connection status (mouse with a wireless USB receiver)
- Check the power and connection status (Bluetooth mouse)
Connect the mouse to a different computer
- If the mouse does not work as expected, connect the mouse to a different computer.
- Make sure that you have a second computer in working condition, and then turn on that computer.
- Connect the mouse to the second computer using the USB receiver or Bluetooth.
- If the mouse does not work with the second computer, the mouse might be defective.
- If the mouse works with the second computer, continue troubleshooting.
Test the mouse in HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI
- Run Component Tests in HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI to test the mouse, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu is displayed, press the f2 key.
- On the Main Menu, click Component Tests.
- To run the tests, click Mouse/Touchpad, select the test to run, and then click Run once. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the test.
- NOTE:
- Your Component Tests menu might be different, depending on the components installed on your computer.
- Run Windows Update
- Update your Windows 11 or Windows 10 computer using Windows Update.
- For more information, see HP PCs - Updating drivers using Windows Update (Windows 11, 10).
- How To Update Windows 10
- Learn how to update Windows 10.
- In Windows, search for and open Check for updates.
- If there are any available updates, they begin automatically
- To download and install optional updates, use the following instructions for your operating system:
- In Windows 11, select Advanced options, select Optional updates, select the updates that you want to install, and then click Download & install.
- In Windows 10, select View all optional updates, select the updates that you want to install, and then click Download and install.
