Product: Z5000 BT mouse
Operating System: iOS

Hello Boffins,

Just bought a Z5000 BlueTooth mouse, being told it will work with my iPad Pro. I have unpacked the mouse, powered it up with a brand new battery, checked the battery for charge(just in case) and attempted to connect it to my iPad with no luck. My question is:-

Does this mouse actually work with the iPad Pro or not?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that HP Z5000 Bluetooth Mouse is not compatible with the IOS.
