Hi
i bought a ZBooK 17 G5 i7 8750h and tried to upgrade with a SAMSUNG 960 M.2 1Tb memory card.
It doesn't work.
Is there a list of compatible memories to upgrade my laptop?
Thank you

No reason it should not work. The laptop has multiple ports/slots for storage devices and a PCie/NVME M.2 SSD is fully supported. By reference to the Service Manual here:
And particularly the diagram on p. 61 where did you put the Samsung 960 and what other storage do you have in the laptop? Techs generally do not call these devices "memory" they are "storage".

Hi Huffer thank you
My laptop is equipped with a 256 Gb storage and i want to increase it with 1 Tb more.
The manual is not so clear because is written i have to remove the original SSD under the battery pack. But the 256 Gb storage is not over there, tha bay was free.
Can you send me the link to a video tutorial?
Thak you
