I have Nvidia Quadro M1200 in my ZBook 15 G4 (with Xeon). I''m rather disapointed with gaphical performence of it. Is it possible to find a better replacement? I know that Quadro M2200 is possible but I'm afraid that that one is also not especially powerfull.

Is it possible to put e.g. NVIDIA Quadro P2000 (4GB GDDR5)  from Zbook 15 G5 into G4? Or any other better video card?

Are you trying to play games or do CAD or photo or video editing? The Quadro cards are built for the latter. They can game, but not optimized for that and do not perform as well as GeForce cards. MXM video card replacement seems like it should be easy, but its very expensive and not in any way plug and play like a desktop video card. Your only safe route is to use a card originally offered on the machine. The Quadro M2200 and the RadeonPro WX4150 benchmark to about the same performance rating, and are the highest and best I can recommend. If you switch to the AMD card you will need a different heatsink plus the card so I say get the M2200 but understand its maybe a 20% improvement over the M1200 not way better. About equal to a Geforce 965M. Lower middle of the pack.
