I currently have a 256GB M.2 SSD installed. Device manager identifies it as a SanDisk SD6PP4M-256G-1006 ATA Device. I would like to upgrade to a 512GB M.2 SSD. Which ones would be acceptable? Thanks for your help.

Here the Service Manual:
See p. 45. This is the recommended 512 gig M.2 disk:
512-GB, M.2, PCIe 813138-001
This has been the subject of prior postings:
This is the part you need:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/HP-LITE-ON-CX1-JB512-SSD-M-2-NGFF-512GB-PCIe-PN-819238-001-/302296558770
Expensive because this is kind of unique and your system will not use the modules more commonly on the market today; it must be the 2260 form factor and almost everything for sale now is 2280.
