Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I am owner of a ZBook G7 Creator (Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10885H CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz with 32,0 GB RAM and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super with Max-Q Design with 8,00GB video RAM)

The laptop always is getting very very warm. !!!!!

I tried several times to reset the Windows (11 22H2 64bit) but always the problem remaining. Maybe is a little better exact after the Windows reset but after installing the usual programs I return to the same result.

Any ideas or suggestions?

All small laptops become warm, or even almost hot, when in use.

Many people, myself included,  use a laptop stand that improves ventilation for that reason.

I have a basic one that I purchased from Amazon.

Resetting or reinstalling Windows will not have any effect on the laptop's becoming warm.

Hello Erico,

thank you for your reply.

I understand that a laptop can became warm or hot during its use, and I had 4 other laptops before but the temperature that this laptop reach is extremely high and from my point of view not normal.

Of course, I also understand that a strong processor will be very warm during its use, but as a laptop can be use also standing on your knee  , the high temparature making it not usable.

HP should had this in mind when manufacturing strong laptops.
