HP ZBook x2 G4 Base Model Detachable Workstation
Microsoft Windows 11

I would want to upgrade from the present 32GB RAM to 64GB RAM.
Also, a longer lasting battery as the present unit does not last 3 hrs.
Ideally any other hardware upgrades available to extend the capacity & capability. Would the HP Svc Ctr be able to support such as it is no longer under warranty

@RashidK,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

Your HP ZBook x2 G4 Detachable Workstation, according to: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05848858#AbT6, and: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06111498.pdf, can be fitted with up to 2 x 16GB of DDR4PC4-17000, 2133 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks.

However, it would be less expensive to purchase DDR4 PC4-19200, 2400 MHz RAM sticks, but it will down throttle to run at 2133 MHz as per product specifications.

I couldn't find a high(er) capacity battery for your ZBook, as all purchase options are similar to HP p/n: 856843-855 ("4-cell Long Life Polymer Battery, 70 WHr, 4500 mAH, Li-ion, DN04XL") product specification, and can be purchased online, such as this example: Amazon.com: HCSK DN04XL New Laptop Battery compatable with HP ZBook X2 G4 3FB84UT 3FB88UT 3JY50UT 3U....

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,

Yes, this workstation is already at its max capacity. Will just use as is.
Not much can be done.
