I want to change my internal C drive NVMe card but the original is NV1 with a 3,3V 1A. Can I upgrade to a NV3 with 3.3V 2.5A ?

It would be a better idea to actually provide me with the model, brand and part number of the SSD you are considering.

See the official HP video at the link to learn how to identify your laptop properly so we know its specific hardware configuration.
The product serial number is not needed, so please do not post it.
