Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new Zbook 15 G5 is having isssues connecting to any of HP Thunderbolt docking stations.  I get power through the dock but cannot see the dock's ethernet nor USB connections.  I am testing it both with an HP Thunderbolt 3 slim dock and a couple of HP Thunderbolt G2 230w bases.  I have updated BIOS, drivers, firmware, etc.  Set up the BIOS with no security for Thunderbolt port.  Thunderbolt firmware on the HP Support page fails - it says it cannot detect a Thunderbolt adapter and can also not read the drivers version #.

Thanks for your reply.  I tried that but it didn't work.  When I plug the docks it doesn't recognize them and the Thunderbolt Software doesn't show any devices under "Attached Devices Chains".

We've had similar issues, with a Zbook 15 G6 and the 230W Thunderbolt Dock.
Installing HP Image Assistant and downloading/installing everything it found, seems to work.
You could try that.
