Product: Zbook 17 g3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I recently purchased a zbook 17 g3 on eBay that only has a 1 TB HDD. I plan on adding a ssd to use to boot windows and was wondering what compatible ssd to use. I've searched this forum and can not get a definitive answer regarding the samsung 960 evo and newer models. So I was wondering if someone knows if it's ok now to use those ssd or not.

Hi I have almost the same problem. But you should try initialize a new SSD before using.

If your previous HDD can start Win, you can open disk manager and make initialization fof SSD.
