Product: HP ZBook Fury 16 G9 Mobile Workstation PC (609M2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Good morning everyone,
I would like to ask you if you have had similar experience.
I bought a Fury G9 zbook and it comes with a 230W power supply; my USB-C Universal Dock G2 docking station only delivers 100W and the PC works in low performance mode.
I tried in every way to make it work with better performance but I didn't get anything just because of the low power supply.
Now the point: if I connect my 230W power supply when I also connected the aforementioned dock, do I risk damage the hardware? The PC would be powered by both the dock and the power supply.
My fear is breaking the laptop's charging circuit.
Thank you,
Boggio.
