Product: HP ZBook Power G7 Mobile Workstation (10J89AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Zbook Power G7 Fan runs constantly from the moment you hit the power button until its powered off or put in hibernate. Bios, Drivers, and firmware all updated. Rebaselined Windows 10 & Windows 11. It even runs when put in sleep mode.

 

Power configuration tweaked and adjusted...  added all the HP Framework software, removed it too.

Any wisdom here before I spend time with support?

If everything is up to date and it is still under warranty I would contact support. I see no noted issues with fans on this model in my dealer notes.
