My issue is about SSD M.2 KINGSTON SA1000M8/240G is not detected in my Laptop HP 15 669TU but Western Digital WD M.2 working and the Kingston Service Center said about that matter your Laptop is not compactable for this device. please tell me about that matter i am currently using WD 500 GB SSD and its working fine. but kingston SSD not detected in my laptop . i thing this Kingston SSD is defected so please tell me about this matter. thankyou

Your machine supports M.2 SATA SSD drives only and Kingston SA1000 is an M.2 NVMe SSD drive that why it won't work. Your WD M.2 probably is a SATA drive. You can they physically are not the same.
