i want to upgrade my laptop storage. can not open the case because screwdrivers i own don't match with the screws laptop have . what is the laptops screw size and which screw driver is suitable for it ?

Hi:
Chapter 6, page 36 of the service manual has the screw sizes for the bottom cover.
Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)
You need a P1 Philips head screwdriver according to the video to remove the screws.
