Does "HP Care Pack" cover; a device which had seen serviced NOT by the authorized service of the relevant country? I mean if i send my device (which is still under care pack) do they have the right to say "some one else opened this device before us, and therefore it is not under care pack anymore"

As long as the person who serviced it did a good job, as in no damage or obvious signs (scratches, missing rubber footing etc) of an "attempted and failed" repair, there should not be an issue.
"Unless otherwise specified in a data sheet, HP will not deliver HP Care Pack support services on products moved outside the United States."
Upgrading the memory or storage should be straightforward for anyone with moderate experience.
Be aware that the notebook has to be in the "as shipped" state when it is returned to HP for service.
I am sure you don't want your repaired notebook to be missing it upgraded memory or SSD upon its return to your possession.

Thanks Erico and i hope your last addition is not a joke; cause otherwise HP should change the name of that coverage as, smth. like; "HP USA Pack" etc...
The term "Care" is nothing dependable on the location of the product.
Especially for a company like HP; which has branches and agreed-authorized services in allmost all the countries.
