adaptive battery optimizer is enabled/not activated! how to fix? how to activate this feature? i have known that plugging all the time reduces battery health and, if battery sits for 100% for long time, it creates pressure on the battery. Causing reduction of lifespan of the battery. but i have enabled adaptive battery optimizer, so why my machines isn't taking any measures to increase the lifespan of my battery? (as it says not activated)

The explanation is given for the "adaptive battery optimizer is enabled/not activated" issue in the HP documentation on the adaptive battery optimizer.
The way it was explained will make you have to extrapolate that the feature, even when enabled, will not be on unless one of the triggers (battery temperature, battery charging status, or usage patterns) is not present.
I suspect the "usage pattern" would be consistently running the current capacity of the battery below 20%. Below 20% is when the designed full storage capacity will start to rapidly degrade.

I will recommend to you that you use the laptop in mobile mode for a while as the test shows zero cycles. That is not a good thing for a battery which already has had its designed full capacity degraded
