Product: Pavilion x360 convertible 11m-ad0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Pavilion x360 convertible 11m-ad0xx. I want to add more RAM. What's the max it can hold?  What type is needed?  The RAM holder says DDR3 but I was told DDR4 by an HP tech.  I ordered what HP recommended and it does not fit.  Any help will be appreciated.  Thanks.

I already have the laptop apart, so, I was not able to runthe link that you provided.  I do have this information.  Is this the information that you need?

HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 11m-ad0xx

Intel Pentium CPU n4200 @ 1.10GHz

4.00 GB RAM

Product ID: 00325-80000-00000-AAOEM

Pen and touch support

 

On the bottom of the case it has the following Product ID: 1KT77UA#ABA
