HP only has the service manual for the older 15-eg1xxx model series on your notebook's support page.

 

HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg3000 Manuals | HP® Customer Support

 

According to that manual, there is only one M.2 slot.

 

You can see the location of the M.2 SSD in chapter 5 page 37 of the manual.

 

It is highly unlikely that the basic design has changed, so your notebook most likely also has only one M.2 SSD slot.
