HP ENVY x360 - 15-w237cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hello i have an x360-15-w237cl. I see there is an M.2 slot on the motherboard. can this slot handle an M.2 SATA or NVMe drive. I am planning to replace the current hard drive due to its age and up grade to a SSD, but if possible can I also add a M.2 card. what would be the max GB's it could handle. the slot measured 22 x 80 so it  should  easily handle a 2280 card. Thank you.   John

The series supports single storage. With luck, that M.2 SSD supports SATA SSD only.

Chapter 1 page 2  indicates the M.2 slot supports SATA SSD's only, not NVMe.
