adding ram to my computer

hey, i would like to upgrade my RAM in my computer , i this ram installed "8GB Samsung 2133MHz" 

can i add this RAM to my laptop --> Samsung DDR4-2133 8GB/512Mx64 CL15 Laptop Memory M471A1G43DB0-CPB.

if not fit... ill be happy to know if there a batter one that can work on my model.

Also, my battery is low on the laptop, can i ask the service hp to come and pick up the computer and replace the battery?

my battery is:  number : CT: 6GFTBN2GW703TC or maybe its : serial number : 01369 03/13/2017

We would need the full model number of the laptop to recommend specific memory. As for the battery, are you under warranty? This is not HP Service, we are fellow end users.

HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-ba0xx --> its says this model in the "HP support"

but i can be also this model:  HP Pavilion x360 - 14-ba012nj

my warranty expired.

Here is the Service Manual:

There are two memory slots. The memory used is actually DDR4-2400 SO-DIMM but it downclocks to -2133 speed. 

This is the battery you need:

Battery (3-cell, 41-Wh, 3.6-Ah, Li-ion) 916811-855

This model is not very easy to service but instructions are in the Manual:

See p. 61 for example. To install memory you have to remove and flip over the motherboard. Post back if you want help finding a battery and memory. HP will not do the service out of warranty by sending someone or a box to mail in but you might find an HP Service Ceneter who will do it as a walk-in.
