alternative replacement motherboard for G60?

the motherboard died on my G60, and i cannot find another motherboard with the same part number to buy.

the partnumber is 55.4FQ01.021G, i googled the world and couldn't find one for sale.

is there a suitable replacement for it?  can i just get any motherboard that fits a G60-530US?

i see a lot of 48.4FQ01-011's on ebay, i'm hoping i can just use that one.

i think my problem was i used the full part number for the laptop which included the #ABA suffix when i searched on the partsurfer, doing that brought up the 554FQ01021G number and not the 578232-001number.
