THE SELLER WANTED TO GIVE ME $15 TO KEEP IT, BUT I TOLD HIM IT WAS THE REASON I BOUGHT IT AND NOW HE ISN'T GETTING BACK TO ME AGAIN. i'M NOT WORRIED ABOUT GETTING MY MONEY BACK ALL i HAVE TO DO IS LET EBAY OR PAYPAL KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON. BUT IT IS A REALLY NICE COMPUTER AND WOULDN'T MIND KEEPING IT IF i COULD GET A LIGHTED KEYBOARD. THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE AND SORRY ABOUT THE CONFUSION.

This series does support the backlit keyboard, though the feature does not always come installed on every model.

It will likely cost you more than $15 dollars to replace the keyboard - and there is, of course, the added hassle of disassembly and the actual replacement procedure.  Nonetheless, the answer is that the backlit keyboard is an option and you can certainly look into doing it.
