I'm not able to use backslash with DK keyboard layout
According to the marking on the keyboard I shoul simply use 'alt gr' in combination withn the '+' plus, but it does nothing.
I have seen that UK users have a similar issue, which was solved by a BIOS upgrade. Unfortunately upgrading BIOS didn't solve my issue.
using sharpkeys whuch was suggested by another user I found that the tablet keyboard code for backslash is E0_1F0C
while the code I get using the screen keyboard E0_1F56.
Im guessing something is wrong with either windows or the keymapping, but the result is that backslash is not working and I cannot live without backslash.
What to do...
I may simply just return the PC to the retailer, but I quite like all it's other features.
Edit: - just found the backslah somewhere else (right next to the 'alt gr' actually :smileyembarrassed: ), strange way of marking the keyboard though the symbol is almost invisible when the backlight is turned on in the keyboard...

Hey there! @guldlos, Welcome to HP forums.
I understand you have keyboard issues with your laptop.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?
Have you tried checking with an external keyboard? Does the issue persist?
As you mentioned the backslash key is not working on your laptop.
I appreciate your efforts for trying out the steps.
Try the steps recommended below.
Press the alt key to the right of the space bar (alt gr), and the key above the enter key (which should typically be hash on a US keyboard set to UK input - but on your laptop, it is actually the \ key!). This should provide a backslash!
Refer this article to further troubleshoot keyboard issues with your laptop.
