Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently owned an HP EliteBook G5 laptop, bought as a used one. I have the following problem: the keyboard in the left part (letters a, s, q, as well as w) has a completely different feeling when typing, the keyboard in that part is more prone to twisting and the keys have a much uglier and noisier experience when typing, which irritates me quite a bit. This is especially so because the rest of the keyboard, as well as the entire computer, is at a very high level when it comes to the quality of production. For this reason, I am interested in whether this is the case with all EliteBook G5 models, or if I got a bad copy. Or maybe the previous owner touched something around the interior and didn't put everything nicely back in its place
