before a couple of days I had a battery problem and i will describe to you what happened
The battery was working very well, after a few days i tried to start the laptop but it seemed that its not starting up , i plugged in the charger and the battery light is orange so that the battery is charging , when i press in the battery icon at the right bottom of the screen it says that battery 1 is not presented and battery is 26% (at this moment it is 16) but not charging (just plugged in )
when i unplug the charger the laptop turns off at the same time as if there is no battery inserted.
i have tried to uninstall and reinstall the battery driver but nothing happened and i tried to use the hp diagnostic tool and it gave me this error : (9TV80X-96L9P6-MFGJMF-C0BL13) , i also tried to update my windows and update the BIOS but nothing changed.
should i change the battery or it would be a software issue ???
