my laptop shows, battery 1 is not present while battery 2 is charging or working

I would ignore that message.

 

Your notebook only comes with one main external battery and one RTC battery inside the PC which does not charge.

 

I get that message on some of my old HP notebook PC's too. 

 

I know they only have one main external removable battery and that is the one being charged.

 

Nothing to worry about.
