Hi Sir 

MY NAME IS INDRAJEET YADAV  

MY ISSUE IS 

i want to return my product because your laptop battery backup is not enough for me i want 7 to 8 hours of battery backup but your Hp15 13th generation itel i5 laptop gives me battery backup only for 4 hours and i am not satisfied with your product.

Battery performance can vary based on usage, system configuration, applications running, and power management settings. 

 

If you are experiencing significantly less battery life than expected, it may help to check the power settings and adjust them for more efficiency. 

 

Additionally, closing unnecessary applications and processes can contribute to longer battery life.
