HP Support assistant keep telling me i need to calibrate my battery eventhough ive already done whta HP told me both manually and by HP software itself. but seemed to me like my battery time is drained too fast. it only last no longer than 2 hours with LAN/INTERNET/WIFI ON and also only 2 hours and a half OFFLINE... is there anyone have the same problems here? at firt time buying the laptop gets lag on battery mode but it last longer than 5 hours on the battery notification area... i can not measure the real time battery can last... but still it gets decreasing since i upgraded my win 11 regularly.. please solve this issue by sending the software update from Support assistant only for battery check... And the most important thing is i want my battery to stay healthy and have a real tiome capacity because i have BIOS update the other day and the battery time gets missing so i have to go to bios and enable the battery notification manually. Such ashame.... and please do have a battery limit charge at 80% like ASUS did so that i can manage my battery health anytime anywhere with no worries ....... Best regards to all HP technician IN INDONESIA and all the OMEN 16 owner who had a problem like this all the time.

If the issue persists, then Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool and Update Windows.

  • Select Start  > Settings  > Update & Security  > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates. If updates are available, install them
  • Also, open HP Support assistant on your PC and run the Performance tune-up check.
