battery capacity issue

I recently buy the  new battery for my laptop(same as original one) .   battery Modal  No is "HT03XL".  given output of battery is 41.04Wh.  see the image for details


I am currently using LInux Mint. but on linux mint it it shows only 25wh(see image)

And also the it runs only 2 hours after full charge.  i buy this battery from a HP world store.
What should i do now  ??,should  i change the battery  ??
