hello I was just trying to contact HP to let them know that my battery caught on fire spontaneously the other day and every time I try to contact support though the website I cant figure out how to contact anyone.

I had Microsoft replaced my Surface Pro 4 battery even 2 year out of warranty when I mentioned it was hot and the case was popping open, that I fly a lot and was worried it might catch fire on one my frequent flights. Fortunately, there was a documented history of the SP4 overheating.
