My lap is HP12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-1215U 1.20 GHz , edition windows 11 Home Single Language , version 24H2........

i have a problem that my lap is not charging , it has a charge of 29% but whenever i pluggin my lap , it shows only 29%..... i put it on plugged in for about 1 hr but still 29%..

also on the booting process a warning signal shows that its not a battery of hp , but this a new lap and has warranty , I never had a complaint before and used my lap since yesterday so smoothly.... but now its showing that its not a hp battery and it is not charging. i am writing this in my lap still connected for charging and charge remains same as 29%. What can i do in this situation?
