Product: HP Laptop - 17-by3613dx

on my pc at the dashboard I have a 1 showing that says my other pc has a battery issue. That pc was replaced with a new battery. both our pc's are the same model and both battery checks are ok but I cannot get ride of that 1 on my dashboard saying that the battery is bad.
