Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

hi. I have problem with battery of my laptop . my laptop have tow batteries . secondary and primary . the second battery (which is in my base) does not work at all . it does not charge at all. always it is 0 precent. I had checked the health with hp Diag in BIOS and the health was 94. the model is hp pro x2 612 g1. thank for you attention.
