my new battery doesnt charge, the old one charges fine, but dies after 1,5 hours, thats why the replacement

It's an aftermarket battery: HP did not make it. Contact your seller as every now and then a new battery is just bad. Manufacturing is not perfect.
i ran it thru the HP PC Hardware Diagnostic Center, and it passed:

but maybe you are right, i'll send it back and get a new one
