HP Pavilion x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ek0000 (54B26AV)
Hi everyone! 

I bought a Pavilion 14 x360 2-in-1ek0000  laptop about a two day ago.

 

Unfortunately, after using it in fisrt day, I found that the battery drains quickly within about 2 hours, unlike what I saw in the device specifications that the battery lasts for 8 hours or more via the HP website. This seems strange because the device was purchased from a trusted store and it is clearly a new device.

 

Also, HP Support Assistant is telling me that the device requires battery calibration, and I don't know if resolving this issue will help with the battery drain issue. The assistant also states that the battery life is only 7 months! Even though I followed the steps in the HP Suppory Assistant, it keeps showing a message that calibration needed.

 

And today i used the laptop until laptop shut down at 4%.

 

I hope there are effective solutions to this problem.
