I bought this lap today noticed battery draining so fast is there any way to get this problem fix facing enough issues with battery overall performance is top but this battery issue is a major problem someone from tech support help with this

I hope that you understand that we, in this forum, are not "tech support" per se.

 

Expectations for battery use time for a 15" notebook, for just about all major brands, have always been around the 3-4 hour mark.

 

I have no idea as to what your expectation for main battery (mobile) use is.

 

If you had a 13" high spec model you could use it on a flight across the Atlantic ocean. I have done that twice with my personal HP Spectre x360-13T-ap069nd Ultrabook.

 

One difference that probably is the most likely reason, is that the main battery in mine is a 3-cell, 57.8 Wh Li-ion unit.

 

Your notebook specs show that yours has a 41 Wh battery. That is quite a difference.
