Hi @AHMEDSNAPSHOT,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
To reinstall the battery drivers on your HP Pavilion x360 laptop, you can follow these steps:
- Press the Windows key + X and select "Device Manager" from the menu.
- In Device Manager, expand the "Batteries" category.
- Right-click on "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" and select "Uninstall device."
- In the confirmation dialog, check the box that says "Delete the driver software for this device" and click "Uninstall."
- After uninstalling, restart your computer.
- Windows will automatically reinstall the battery drivers.
- After the restart, check if the battery drivers have been reinstalled properly.
If the drivers are not automatically reinstalled, you may need to download and install them manually from the HP support website. Click here
If this does not help, I recommend you contact phone support.
Keep me posted for further assistance.
