it is the hardware diagnostic  test from hp support
I thought give will help in solving the problem I have with my battery which doesnt function and doesnt also charge although it shows 100% fully charged

I can see that but some of the data seems to be missing. Critical info is the manufacture date of the battery, cycles, and design and remaining capacity as a percentage and then for each cell. Just a screenshot of the advanced output from the battery test in HP Support Assistant will help.
