Product: pavillion x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need a battery that works for my Pavillion HP14-cd0508sa, HP does not sell them in our era of built in, trash the planet obsolescence,  yet they do not indicate a trusted supplier...so I got one off Amazon 4 months ago that is already draining fast, and I get annoying 'non HP battery' message every time I log on saying go to HP Store... HP make good machines but their almost entirely virtual customer service is now rubbish....  any advice from a real person?
