i cannot find the power that my hp pavilion laptop can give out from the battery. if anyone knows how to find it, please help

Please use the following tool

 

        http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

 

After installing it, you can run it then scroll down to see

 

   bat voltage.png
