I'm having an issue with my HP Laptop 15-dw3003ne (model 302C7EA). It won't turn on using battery power and only works when connected to an AC power supply. The failure ID is 6FM860-A01C6Q-XD7V5F-CA7E03, and the diagnostics show "Battery Check: Primary - Replace <40>" and "Status: Bad Cell <40>."

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any advice on what steps I should take next? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

unfortunately, the battery will have to be replaced if it is damaged.
